• Contact Details & Mobile Numbers: If you opt-in to SMS alerts or if you are invited to vote on a meeting, we collect your mobile phone number.
• Meeting Details: We store dates, titles, descriptions, and location choices you submit to schedule events.
• Google User Data: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google profile (name and email), read calendar availability, manage scheduled calendar events, and access contacts for sending meeting invitations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your details are used solely to run and secure the scheduling service, including:

• Sending email invites, reminders, and calendar files (.ics) to participants.
• Sending verification codes via SMS to verify mobile numbers.
• Sending SMS alerts regarding scheduled meetings (only to users who explicitly opt-in).
• Checking free/busy availability on your Google Calendar to recommend optimal meeting times and syncing finalized events to your Google Calendar.

3. Google User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

CoordinateWith.Me's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• No Secondary Use: We only access Google user data to provide core meeting scheduling and calendar synchronization features explicitly requested by the user.
• No Ad Targeting: Google user data is never used for serving advertisements or market research.
• No Human Inspection: We do not allow human agents to read your Google user data unless required for security investigations, compliance with applicable law, or with your explicit prior permission for technical support.
• No Unrelated Data Sharing: Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to operate essential features of the application.

4. Retention of Google User Data & Personal Data

We adhere to strict data minimization and retention principles:

• OAuth Access & Refresh Tokens: Stored securely (encrypted) for as long as your Google account remains connected to CoordinateWith.Me.
• Transient Calendar Availability Data: Free/busy time slot information fetched from Google Calendar is processed strictly in-memory during meeting creation and is never stored permanently on our servers.
• Account & Preference Data: Retained as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive or deleted, stored tokens and Google association credentials are deleted according to our deletion timeline.

5. Deletion of Google User Data & Account Termination

You have full control over your data, including the right to delete or revoke access to your Google user data at any time:

• Disconnecting Google Account: You can disconnect your Google account at any time by navigating to Account Settings > My Connected Apps and clicking Disconnect Google. Upon disconnection, your stored Google OAuth refresh tokens, email linkage, and calendar preferences are immediately and permanently deleted from our database.
• Revoking Access via Google: You may also revoke CoordinateWith.Me's access to your Google Account at any time through the Google Security Settings Page.
• Requesting Complete Data Deletion: To request complete deletion of your CoordinateWith.Me account and all associated user data (including any cached profile or calendar data), please email us at support@coordinatewith.me with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". All requested data will be permanently wiped from our production databases within 30 days of receipt.

6. SMS Opt-In & Mobile Data Privacy

You can opt-out of SMS alerts at any time by unchecking the alert setting in your Account Profile or replying STOP to any message received.

7. Cookies

We use standard local browser storage (localStorage) and secure session cookies to verify who you are, remember your device login preferences, and dismiss our cookie consent banner. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

We employ modern industry-standard protection measures, including HTTPS encryption (SSL) and secure password hashing, to protect your personal details and authentication tokens from unauthorized access or disclosure.
